Returns Policy
At The Center Candle Company, your satisfaction is important. To ensure the quality of each candle, we carefully inspect the wicks, oils and wax prior to shipment. We hope you love burning the candles as much as we enjoyed making them for you. We will gladly provide a full refund for any candle that is damaged during shipment. Please ensure to submit any refund request within one week (7 days) of the order date.
We stand by our product 100%, but if for any reason you are dissatisfied with the product, we will gladly exchange or refund the purchase. To receive a full return, the wick must not have been burned, nor the wax melted (via an electric wax melter). All candles must be in its original packaging to qualify for a full return. Refund requests must be placed within two weeks (14 days) from original order date
Exchanges and refunds are done on a case by case basis. To request a refund or exchange you can fill out the contact form. You will receive a reply within 48 hours. You can also email us at info@thecentercandles.com for additional customer support.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
